Lifeplan Recreation & leisure Association is an incorporated, not for profit agency accredited with the Disabilities Services Commission & governed by a Board of Directors.
The Agency is funded by the Disabilities Services Commission & Post School Options
Programme
Lifeplan provides services for privately funded individuals with disabilities residing in group homes, private homes & hostels.
